By using this website or by taking a connection through us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Our Services
KHAN CABLE NETWORK is a BSNL TIP (Telecom Infrastructure Provider) franchisee partner in Silvassa. We provide BSNL Bharat Fibre (FTTH) broadband connections, along with installation, Wi-Fi setup, maintenance and customer support. The internet, voice, IFTV and OTT services are services of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and are also governed by the terms and conditions of BSNL.
2. New Connection
- A new connection is given subject to technical feasibility and network availability at your address.
- The customer must be 18 years or older and must give correct details and valid identity and address proof (KYC), as required by BSNL and government rules.
- A connection may be refused or cancelled if the details or documents given are found to be wrong.
- The installation date told to you is an estimate. It may change due to weather, permissions, material availability or other reasons beyond our control.
3. Plans and Prices
- All plans, speeds, data limits, OTT benefits and prices shown on this website are as per the BSNL tariff and are for information only.
- Plans and prices are decided by BSNL and can be changed or withdrawn by BSNL at any time, even at short notice.
- Prices shown are exclusive of GST and other government taxes, unless stated otherwise. Taxes are charged as applicable.
- Installation charges, security deposit and the cost of equipment such as modem (ONT) or Wi-Fi router, if applicable, will be told to you before installation.
- Please contact us to confirm the latest plan details and price before you take a connection.
4. Internet Speed
The speeds written in the plans are "up to" speeds. The actual speed you get can change depending on the network load, the website or server you are using, your device, your Wi-Fi router, the distance from the router and the number of devices connected. After the high-speed data limit of the plan is used, the speed is reduced as per the plan (Fair Usage Policy).
5. Billing and Payment
- Subscription charges must be paid on or before the due date, for the plan period chosen by you (monthly, 6 months or 12 months).
- If the payment is not made on time, the service may be suspended or disconnected as per BSNL rules. Reconnection charges may apply.
- Please take a receipt or payment confirmation for every payment made to us.
6. Equipment
- Fibre cable, modem (ONT) and other equipment installed by us must be used with care and must not be shifted, opened or tampered with.
- Equipment given on a rental or deposit basis remains our property or the property of BSNL and must be returned in working condition when the connection is closed.
- The customer is responsible for damage to the equipment caused by misuse, burning, water, physical damage or electrical faults at the customer's premises.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees:
- To use the connection only for lawful purposes and as per the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- Not to resell or share the connection outside the premises where it is installed, unless permitted in writing.
- Not to use the connection for spam, hacking, piracy or any other illegal activity.
- To keep the Wi-Fi password safe. The customer is responsible for all usage on the connection.
8. Service Interruptions
We try our best to give uninterrupted service. However, the service can be interrupted due to fibre cuts, power failure, network maintenance, faults in the BSNL network, weather, road or construction work, or other reasons beyond our control. We will try to restore the service as early as possible. We are not liable for any loss of business, data or profit caused by a service interruption.

10. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation of a connection and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, SMS and WhatsApp about your connection, bills, complaints and our services.
12. Use of This Website
- The content of this website is for general information about our business and services.
- We try to keep the information correct and updated, but we do not guarantee that it is free from errors at all times.
- The name and logo of KHAN CABLE NETWORK belong to us. BSNL, Bharat Fibre and the names of OTT platforms are trademarks of their respective owners.
- You must not misuse this website, try to damage it or try to access it in an unauthorised way.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of KHAN CABLE NETWORK for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer to us for the service for the month in which the claim arose.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
